I spent my whole professional career in the commercial development at international level in companies specialised in medical devices. Joined Cousin Surgery in 2002 as Sales Manager, I am in charge of the product quality, the development of technological and surgical know-how of the company and its international development.

R&D Director

Textile engineer by background, +20 years’ experience within innovation and technical textiles solutions development. Broad and International experience in sport and medtech industries. I’ve joined R&D Direction to drive corporate growth delivering innovative medical solutions with added values for our patients and customers.

Marketing Director

With a background in health product management (Ilis, Faculty of Engineering and Health Management) and over 10 years of marketing and sales experience in the medical device industry, I was lucky enough to join Cousin Surgery in August 2021 as Marketing Director.

Mission : Providing our healthcare professionals and partners with an innovative surgical experience, adapted to the practices and improving the patients quality of life.

ISIFC bio-medical engineer 10 years’ experience in the regulation of implantable medical devices. Mission: ensure the conformity of Cousin Surgery with the regulatory European and international requirements with my team. Management of the clinical and regulatory team.

Production Manager

After getting my degree in engineering (with an option in production and logistic) from the “Ecole des Mines”, I worked for 11 years in the automotive industry. Building on this experience in management and maintenance, I have joined Cousin Surgery in 2016 to refocus my career on production, method and logistic and to pursue my learning in a human-size company. My mission consists in shaping the operating methods of the production department to guarantee the respect of quality and deadlines. I also contribute to the development of the continuous amelioration process to support the big challenges we are, and will be, facing!

After 18 years in automotive industries where I was IT Manager and project manager, I decided to join IMG in 2019 as Chief Digital Office. New challenge for me where I can combined Technics, project management et human relationship.
Mission: Grow efficiency of industry process, reduce task to no added value and automate processes of each business in the group.

Graduating in Biotechnology and Computer Science, I worked 28 years in the pharmaceutical industry as a IT project manager in quality control. I joined Cousin Surgery to create a high quality IT department.
Mission: as IT Manager, I must provide a high-quality information system and develop IT validation within the IMG group.

Engineer from CESI school with 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical and medical fields. I joined Cousin Biotech in 2016 at Methods Engineer position. After 4 years, my mission turns to the Supply Chain process support. My mission : Organize with my team the Supply Chain process to honor the needs of the production and the sales with a high Quality level.
